Ingredients of Veg Thai Curry
- You need 2 cup of coconut milk.
- You need 1 of bell pepper.
- It’s 1 of carrot.
- It’s of Green peas.
- Take 8 cubes of cottage cheese(paneer).

- It’s of Thai curry paste.
- It’s 1 of tsbsp soya sauce.

- Take 1 inch of ginger.
- You need 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
- You need 10 of soaked cashews.
- Take 0.5 tsp of cumin powder.
- You need 5 of pepper.
- It’s 2 tsp of jaggery.
- Take of Salt.
