  1. Make ready 1 cup of soya nuggets.
  2. Make ready 2 cups of water for boiling.
  3. Prepare 5 cloves of garlic chopped.
  4. Make ready 6-7 slices of thinly sliced ginger.
  5. It’s 1 of jalepenos chopped.
  6. Make ready 1/2 of red bell pepper diced.
  7. Prepare 1/2 of green bell pepper diced.
  8. Make ready 1/2 of yellow bell pepper diced.
  9. Prepare 1 of onion diced.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of cornflour, dissolved in water.
  11. You need to taste of Salt.
  12. Take 1 tsp of black pepper.
  13. It’s 1 tsp of white pepper.
  14. It’s 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
  15. Take 1 tbsp of chilli garlic tomato sauce.
  16. Take 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Chilli Soya nuggets (vegetarian) step by step

  1. Boil soya nuggets in enough water. Strain and run it quickly under tap water. Keep aside. Make sure water is drained completely..
  2. Take a pan, on a medium heat, put oil. Add ginger, garlic, jalepenos. cook for 5 mins. Then on a high heat add onions, bell peppers, salt, pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, chilli sauce. Add dissolved cornflour and stir for 2 mins..
  3. Add soya chunks in it on high heat. Mix well, adjust spices and sauces..
  4. Serve with rice or on its own..
