  7. Prepare 1 pack of Green Thai McCormick mix.
  8. Make ready 1 of green bell pepper.
  9. It’s of Onion leeks.
  10. Prepare springs of Onion.
  11. You need 3 cloves of garlic minced.
  12. Make ready 1 of medium size onion minced.
  13. It’s 1 of small ginger chopped.
  14. You need of Green Chili.
  15. Take of Dried red chilli optional.
  16. It’s 15 pcs of shrimp half boiled.
  17. It’s 1/4 of kilo clams.
  18. Prepare of String beans optional i.
  19. Take 1/4 cup of butter.

My Seafoods & Veggies Creamy Green Curry instructions

  1. Blanch shrimp for 1-3 minutes..
  2. Half boiled the clams in separate pan..
  3. Sauté’ garlic, onions and ginger in butter. Then add the potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, and beans..
  4. Mix the green curry in 1/2 cup of water then pour it to the veggies pan. Add the coconut milk and Let it simmer for 15 mins.
  5. Add the clams and shrimp, green Chili simmer for another 10 minutes under Low fire..
  6. Turn the fire off add the chopped spring onions and bok choy. Ready to serve!.
