  2. Take 2 of pears.
  3. Prepare 1/4 lb of Red Grapes.
  4. Prepare 1/4 lb of White Grapes.

  6. Prepare 1 can of Crushed Pineapple, drained.
  7. Take of Dressing.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of Mayonnaise (or try whipped cream or yoghurt for a twist!).

  1. Quarter pears and remove seeds. Cut into thin slices (as thin as you can).
  2. Cut red grapes and white grapes in halves, add to sliced pears..
  3. Drain pineapple, setting juice aside for dressing. Add to fruit..
  4. Mix together dressing ingredients. Adjust to taste..
  5. Mix dressing into fruit salad. Chill for 30 minutes..

It is so pretty with the pears and pomegranate.Feel free to use your favorite greens, any will do!I started with my pomegranate greens salad last month.
