  1. Take 200 grams of Chinese-style noodles.
  2. You need 100 grams of Ground pork.
  3. You need 1 bunch of Chinese chives.
  4. You need 1/2 bag of Bean sprouts.
  5. It’s 1 clove of Garlic.
  6. It’s 3 of Red chili peppers.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Doubanjiang.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of Gochujang.

  10. It’s 2 tbsp of *Chinese chicken stock granules.
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp of *Soy sauce.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the garlic and red chili peppers..
  3. When fragrant, add ground meat, and continue stir-frying. Once it's cooked through, add doubanjiang and gochujang..
  4. Add * ingredients in a pot, and simmer..
  5. Serve the noodles, bean sprouts, chives, seasoned meat into a bowl in that order. Pour soup on top, and it's done..
