Ingredients of Honey Oat Loaf
- Take of Dry.
- Take 190 g of bread flour.
- Prepare 20 g of oats.
- It’s 10 g of butter.
- Prepare of Wet.
- Take 3/4 teaspoon of yeast.
- Take 3/4 cup of warm water.
- It’s of Flavorings.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of honey.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Take 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Honey Oat Loaf instructions
- Mix the wet ingredients, the flavorings and the oats in a bowl.
- Slowly add in the flour, kneading with a spatula or wooden spoon..
- Start to knead with your hands, be careful, it will be sticky. Don’t add extra flour, the oats will absorb the liquid and make it more firm..
- Put back in the bowl and let it proof with a damp cloth on top for 20mins..
- After 20 mins, punch the dough and knead it for one minute..
- Let it rise in your loaf tin for 20 more minutes..
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 350f or 170c for 25 minutes..
- Once baked, let it rest for an hour and enjoy!.
