  1. Prepare 1 kg of Arvi.
  2. Make ready 1 of Onion.
  3. You need 1 of Tomato.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
  5. Make ready 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  6. You need 1.5 cup of Oil.
  7. It’s 5 of Green chillies.
  8. Take of Green coriander quarter brunch.
  9. It’s 1 tsp of Salt.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli.
  11. Take 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  13. Take 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  14. Take 2 tbsp of Lemon juice.

Peel off arbi and cut into slices.Onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes,green chilli, put in a blender and make a smooth paste.In a pan heat remaining oil and add the masala paste.Add the fried taro roots and sauté it with the masala for another one minute.

  1. Cut and wash the vegetable and fry it.Put it in a plate..
  2. Now add chopped onion in oil.fry it till light gold colour. Add ginger garlic paste and fry..
  3. Now add all spices and then add chopped tomatoes and greenchillies. Make gravy till even consistency..
  4. Now add arvi and cook it on low flame. Add half cup water if vegetable is not done. Otherwise no need of water. Lastly add lemon juice and cook for 5min..
  5. Lastly add green chillies and coriander and serve with chapati..
