- Peel and boil potatoes.
- Season one side of steak w/ salt black pepper onion powder and garlic powder and other side sprinkle seasoning salt.
- Make a dredge station w/ flour and dash of salt and pepper in one dish and buttermilk in another dish.
- Dredge steak in flour then buttermilk then flour again.
- When oil is nice and hot put steak in pot and fry 4 minutes flip fry until other side is golden brown.
- For gravy keep about 2 tablespoons of drippings and add 2 tablespoons of flour cook for a min or 2 then add a cup and a half if milk cook til nice and thicken remove from heat.
- Drain potatoes when fork tender.
- Add butter and mash them.
- Add sour cream and milk.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir and mash to preferred consistency.
