Ingredients of Mexican Briyani

  1. You need 2 Cups of Basmati rice (washed and soaked for 1/2 hour).
  2. You need 500 gms of (mix Vegs Cabbage, capsicum, cauliflower peas).
  3. Prepare 2 of big Onions.
  4. Take 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  5. It’s 1 tsp of vinegar.
  6. You need 1 tsp of soya sauce.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Briyani masala powder.
  8. It’s as required of whole garam masala.
  9. Make ready as required of oil.

Mexican Briyani instructions

  1. In a Sepri put little Oil when heating put whole garam masala(tezpatta cloves big Elachi dalchin), then put Rice and Salt,water.when Rice is half cooked and drained out the extra water from chaval and keep aside.
  2. In Kadai put Oil when heating put slit green chillies and chopped Onions when it is slightly pink, then put all Veggies and saute it and cover the Kadai for few minutes till it's done, then put all Spices and salt.
  3. Lastly mx with cooked rice and mix with colour (I put green and orange) and garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi and serve with Curd, papad and yummy it taste.

The key here is the onion.Ghee, butter, and olive oil, when used in frying onion, brings out great flavor.I used Everest shahi biryani masala instead of chicken masala.
