Ingredients of Vegetarian pizza

  1. Prepare 1 of Pillsbury pizza crust (or your own).
  2. You need 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  3. Take 6 tbsp of cornmeal.
  4. Make ready 8 oz of can hunts tomato sauce (or more if you like it extra saucy).
  5. You need 1/2 of Orange bell pepper.
  6. Prepare 1/2 of green bell pepper.
  7. It’s 1 1/2 cup of spinach.
  8. You need 1 small of tomato.
  9. You need 3 tbsp of olive oil.
  10. It’s 1 tsp of salt.
  11. It’s 2 tsp of pepper.
  12. It’s 2 tsp of garlic powder.
  13. Take 8 oz of mozzarella cheese.

Vegetarian pizza instructions

  1. slice all veggies into thin strips and place into a bowl.
  2. add the olive oil and seasonings to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Let veggies marinate in fridge for an hour or so.
  4. Pre heat oven to 400.
  5. Grease square pan and sprinkle with corn meal.
  6. roll out pizza dough and rub olive oil over top and prick several times with a fork.
  7. pre bake dough for 8 minutes.
  8. After dough is done spread tomato sauce evenly over dough.
  9. sprinkle a bit of cheese over tomato sauce.
  10. spread veggies evenly over dough.
  11. Sprinkle remaining cheese ontop.
  12. Bake pizza for 15 minutes at 400 until lightly golden.
  13. Remove and enjoy ! I cut mine twice lengthwise and 3 times short ways giving me 12 square pieces.
