  1. You need 250 gr of tofu.
  2. Take 3 of eggs.
  3. You need 1 of small red capsicum.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  5. It’s 1/4 tsp of pepper.
  6. You need of Red capsicum can be replaced with spring onion or celery.
  7. You need of Cooking oil to deep fry.

  1. Chop red capsicum, mash tofu well..
  2. In a moxing bowl, crack eggs, add tofu, capsicum, salt, and peper, mix well..
  3. Pre-heat frying pan with a lot of cooking oil..
  4. Take tofu mixture spoon by spoon and fry it into oil, cook until both side turn golden.
  5. Take them out and serve them with any sauce you like..
