  2. Prepare of Green beans.
  3. Make ready of Green onions.
  4. Prepare of Garlic.
  5. Prepare of Cornstartch.
  6. It’s 1 of Egg,.
  7. You need of Salt.
  8. Prepare of Pepper.
  9. Prepare of Soy sauce.
  10. Make ready of Oyster sauce.

Mongolian Beef step by step

  1. Wash and cut veggies to desired size. Set aside..
  2. Cut meat into 1/4" thick, or less, strips and put into a bowl..
  3. Mix 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch, salt, pepper and 1 egg into meat bowl. Set aside..
  4. Heat up wok and apply cold oil to prevent sticking. Remove any excess cornstarch and cook meat thoroughly. Set aside..
  5. Stir fry chopped garlic until fragrant and add green beans. Stir fry for 1-2 min..
  6. Add meat and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a boil..
  7. Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir until sauce thickens..
  8. Optional: if more thickness is desired, slowly add cornstarch/water mix until desired consistency. Be mindful to not add too much water based on quantity of food being cooked..
  9. Garnish with green onions and serve..
