- Take 1 box (16 ounce) of spaghetti.
- Prepare of Salt for boiling water.
- Make ready 2 tablespoons of margarine OR butter.

- Prepare 4 of onions, sliced.
- You need 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
- You need 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Take 1/2 cup of white wine.
- Take 1 can (14.5 ounce) of low sodium beef broth.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes.
- Take 2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Prepare of Swiss cheese (about 5-6 slices).
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.Stir in the onions with a big pinch of salt and pepper.Add the onions, pepper flakes and salt; saute until onions are tender.Cook pasta according to package directions.

- Next add in your sliced onions and sautΓ© on medium heat until onions are tender……..
- Next add in your minced garlic, sautΓ© for several minutes…….
- Now add your black pepper, white wine, low sodium beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, boil for several minutes…….
- Next add in your parsley flakes……Keep on low heat while you cook your spaghetti…….
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions, donβt forget to salt your water π§!!!.
- Drain spaghetti thoroughly and add to pot with the onions, mix all well and turn off heat…..
- Add to spaghetti mixture your shredded Parmesan cheese and Swiss cheese slices, cover pot until all cheeses have melted…….
