Ingredients of Dirty Rice and Red Beans

  1. Prepare 1 can of chicken broth with Roasted Vegetables.
  2. Make ready 3 cup of Uncooked Brown Rice.
  3. It’s 2 cup of Water.
  4. You need 1 can of Red Beans.
  5. You need 1 lb of Ground Beef.
  6. Prepare 1 lb of ground Sweet Italian Sausage.
  7. Take 1 can of tomato paste.
  8. Take 1/2 of onion, chopped.
  9. Take dash of hot sauce.
  10. It’s 1/2 cup of Spaghetti Sauce.
  11. Take 1 cup of tomato sauce.

  1. Cook ground beef and ground sausage. Season meat well.
  2. Add chicken broth, red beans, water, minute brown rice, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce.
  3. Cover and low flame..let simmer. Stir as needed.

Once the veggies cooked down, add red chili flakes, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, diced and tomatoes.Finally add the beans and toss with the meat mixture.Finish off with the cooked rice rice and parsley.

Package olive oil in a leakproof container.Leave the shallot whole and unpeeled.At Camp: Peel and chop the shallot.Heat the oil in a pot and saute the shallot until softened and lightly browned.Add the water and bring to a boil.
