Sunday Morning Bakehouse comes from Caroline Yi, a self-taught chef and Montgomery County native who worked at A Baked Joint and in New York kitchens.Yi is selling brioche doughnuts filled with seasonal jams, naturally leavened breads, and sandwiches at the budding complex. You can't skip this step, but it's easy—it's just like boiling ravioli. Then bake the bagels for a nice golden crust. For timing, you can break up the process over two days.
