Ingredients of Sambar dosa

  1. Take of DOSA=1 cup rice+urad daal+chana daal.
  2. You need 4-5 of methi seeds.
  3. You need 1 inch of garlic.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of hing or ASAFETIDA.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  6. Prepare of SAMBAR=1 cup toor daal soaked.
  7. Take 1 inch of garlic.
  8. Make ready 1 of very small onion chopped.
  9. Take 2 of small tomatoes chopped.
  10. It’s 1 cup of florets of cauliflower.
  11. You need 1 cup of thin sliced carrots.
  12. Make ready Half of cup peas.

  8. Now take non stick pan flat and Grease it..
  9. Stay at medium flame and start spreading in round way slowly until it looks very thin tortilla..
  10. Cook it from both sides but make it browned from one side only..
