Veggie Quiche Recipe. This moist vegetarian quiche is perfect for every meal. The quiche was originally a quiche Lorraine, but has since been transformed.

Ingredients of Veggie Quiche

  1. Take 1 cup of mixed veggies.
  2. Prepare 1 of small onion, chopped.
  3. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon of parsley flakes.
  4. Take 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  5. Take 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
  6. It’s 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
  7. It’s 1/2 cup of Bisquick mix.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Make ready 1 cup of milk.
  10. You need 2 of eggs.
  11. Take of Cooking Spray.

To reduce spillage, I put pie shell with cheese and veggies on the pulled-out baking rack, then poured in the egg mixture.Okay to use half and half.Combine with the ingredients from of the Summer Green Pea Salad.Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the mixture.

Veggie Quiche instructions

  1. In a bowl combine : mixed veggies, onion, parsley flakes, garlic powder, black pepper and salt, mix well……
  2. In a separate bowl combine : Bisquick, shredded cheddar cheese, milk and eggs, mix all well…….
  3. Combine veggie mix with Bisquick mix, stir well and pour into a 9 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray……
  4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden on top…..Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting……..
  5. Serve and enjoy 😉!!!!.

While vegetables are cooking, toss cheese and flour together.Combine eggs, milk and seasoning and mix together.Add cheese and vegetables to egg mixture and mix well.

Lightly prick side of pie crust with fork.If crust puffs up in center, gently push down with back of wooden spoon.Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked quiche.Place quiche on a baking sheet; cover edges loosely with foil.Bake as directed, increasing time as necessary for a knife inserted in the center to come out clean.
