- 1 and half cup oil main lasan adrak paste aur hari piyaz ko golden karen phir us main tamatar paste add karen sath main laal mirch powder haldi powder kuta daniya sonf powder garam masala aur namak dal ke pakaein 5 mins paka ke dakan de ke rakh dein 5 mins ke liye phir us main laal gajar malae aur sesame oil add kar ke 10 mins ke liye dakan de ke low flame pe rakh dein.
- 10 mins ke baad band gobi shimla mirch add karen 2 mins paka ke phir fry ki hui chicken allu aur matar add kar ke kali mirch powder upar charak ke 5 mins ke liye dam pe rakh dein ke oil nikal aaye.
- Kati hari mirch aur hara daniya kata hua akhir main dal ke serve karen.
