Ingredients of Moroccan Shakshuka
- Prepare 4 of eggs.
- Make ready 1large of onion, thinly sliced.
- Prepare 1 large of pepper thinly sliced.
- You need 2 of fresh slit green chilli.
- Make ready 2-3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced or mashed.
- Take 1/2 tablespoons of red chilli powder or paprika.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Mixed herbs and chilli flakes(optional).
- It’s 4 of fresh basil leaves (optional).
- You need 5 of large tomatoes, blanched and chopped finely.
- Prepare to taste of Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Take 1 tbsp of minced cilantro or parsley.
- Make ready 2 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of crumbled feta cheese or cottage cheese.
- It’s as needed of Tortilla, Crusty bread, Pita Baguette or flatbread for serving.
