- In a mixing bowl, blend together semolina, sugar, baking powder, and salt..
- Add melted butter, and blend with your hands until the mixture is the consistency of wet sand..
- Add 1/2 cup milk and mix until it forms dough..
- It should be a quite moist, almost wet dough. Add more milk if necessary..
- Leave the dough to rest for 20 to 30 minutes..
- Take a small portion of dough and make small 1/2 inch thick disk. Similarly make all the harcha put of the dough..
- Heat a non stick pan and grease with little butter..
- Add one disk /patty or harcha and cook in medium low heat for 2 minutes..
- Cook with lid on..
- Flip the disk and cook for 1 or 2 minutes more..
