  1. Make ready 3 1/2 tbsp of vinegar.
  2. Take 1 tbsp of salt.
  3. Prepare 7 tbsp of white/brown sugar.
  4. You need 1 tsp of ground blackpeper.
  5. Make ready 1 head of garlic, minced.
  6. Make ready 1 of cooking oil for frying.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of soy sauce.
  8. It’s 1 lb of beef sirloin/ thin sliced.

  2. After mixing all the ingredients, place the beef meat in a container or ziplock bag..
  3. Cover and refrigerate the marinade for a minimum of 12 hours or overnight..
  4. Fry until brown..
  5. Serve with sunny side eggs and plain rice or garlic fried rice..
