Ingredients of Shaahi pulav
- Make ready 1 of cauliflower.
- Make ready 1 box of medium diced mushrooms.
- Take 3 of colorful capsicum or bell pepper.
- Make ready 5-6 of carrots long sliced.
- Prepare 1 scoop of peas.
- You need 4 of small diced eggplant.
- Prepare 1 scoop of sweet corns.
- You need 1 of big white onion sliced.
- You need 1 of big tomato sliced.

- You need 1 cup of rice washed and soaked for 15 minute.
- You need of Double amount of water than rice.like 1 cup water.little less.
- Take 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds.
- Take 2 tablespoons of salt.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
- Take 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of kitchen king.
- You need 1 tablespoon of chaat masala.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of garam masala.
- Take Half of tablespoon black pepper powder.
Shahi Pulav recipe - How to make Shahi Pulav.This is my second recipe for shahi pulav.Shahi Pulao or Vegetable Pulao is an exotic rice dish that combines spicy and aromatic vegetables served over rice.Rich with flavor, this is an extraordinary dish.
Shaahi pulav step by step
- Take a heavy base pan and put some oil.add cumin seeds and roast it.
- Now add onion and roast until it looks golden.
- Now add all the spices together and stir for 1 minute then add all the vegetables.
- Cook it at low flame for 7 to 8 minutes by covering the utensil.
- Now mix well all the ingredients and add soaked rice then add 1 and half cup water.
- Water should little less bcuz its already soaked and vegetables also leave water..
- Now cook at low flame by covering the utensil.
- Check it but don't shake it until small holes not showed and water is all dried up.
- Just turn the flame off but keep covering the utensil for proper steam.
- Delicious healthy yummy mouthwatering pulav is ready.
