- Take of chopped scallions.
- It’s of wheat flour.

Scallions Muthia step by step
- Take a bowl put fresh finely chopped scallions add flours all flours should combined well.
- Then add curd,salt,chilli powder,turmeric,cumin,daniya powder pour oil as 2 tsp for dough making add water as required.
- The dough should separate 4 equal portions make as like as role those mukhiya dough roles place into a plate put into steamer it should be steam at 20 mins,once it completed check with toothpick and take out cut a slices then give a tempering…
- Heat a fring pan pour oil add cumin,mustard seeds when tadaka spluttering add asfoeteda,curry leaves,till seeds on to it keep fri it then add muthiya slices sprinkle salt,chilli powder on it once muthiya binds flavours get nice aroma it indicates ready turn of flame.
- Plate up all muthiya serve with tomato sause,green chutney ready to serve scallion muthiya.
