  11. Take 4-5 cups of vegetable stock.
  12. Take 1 can of roasted diced tomatoes.
  13. It’s 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained.
  14. Make ready 2 cups of packed fresh spinach, chopped.
  15. Prepare 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves chopped.
  16. Make ready 1 Tbsp of onion powder.
