- Take of potato.
- Take of garlic chatney.
- Prepare of gram flour.
- Make ready of chopped green chili.
- Take of salt.
- Make ready of red chili powder.
- Take of soda.
- It’s of dahi.
- It’s of ajwain.
- You need of daniya jeera powder.
- Prepare of oil for deep fry.

- Cut potato in to round slices.
- Spinkle salt and red chili powder on potato and put it in side.
- Abhi ek bowl me gram flour, salt, red chili powder, ajwain, dahi add kre.
- Mix it well. add water as required.
- Lastly add soda and mix well.
- Take a potato slice apply 1tsp garlic chatney on potato slice and put another potato slice on it make a potato sandwich.
- Deep in batter and put in to hot oil.
- Fry till golden brown.
