How to make Makki Ki Roti - Sarson Ka Saag.Clean the sarso saag, remove stalk and separate the leaves from it.Wash the leaves thoroughly with water, drain out the excess.Method for Makki ki Roti: Knead the makki atta until it becomes a ball, add atta to dry it & knead.

- Palk methi sarso ko Saar kar ke boil kar le Chopper mein kaat le kadhi mein gee garamkare.
- Barik kata huaa pyaj Ginger garlic paste Green chilli daal kar bhunege.
- Saare masale daal kar saag daal kar bhunle.
- Ek thodi der Muthiah make ka aata pani mi ghol kar us mein daale lgatar chamch ki Sahara se chelae.
- Thodi der dhakn laga kar rakhe fir make ki roti ke Sath serve karein.
Mix into saag & garnish with julienne of ginger fried in ghee.Knead the makki atta until it becomes a ball, add atta to dry it & knead.Ingredients for Sarson Ka Saag - Makki Ki Roti.
Heat the tava and add a little ghee so that it does not stick.Make round shapes of makki roti on chakla & carefully transfer to the tava.Cook with ghee till golden brown.Serve with hot sarson da saag and gur.The combination of Makke ki Roti and Sarso ka Saag is surely irrefutable, but when topped with homemade white butter it's totally unbeatable.
