- Prepare 1 slice of Ham.
- Make ready 1 slice of Cheese.
- It’s 1 of Your preferred filling.
- It’s 5 tbsp of *Plain flour.
- You need 3 tbsp of *Water.
- Take 1 tsp of *Dashi stock granules.
- It’s 1 of *Egg.
- It’s 1 tbsp of *Mayonnaise.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of * Baking powder (optional - to make the okonomiyaki fluffy).
- It’s 1 of as much (to taste) Bonito flakes and aonori seaweed.

- Place the torn up cabbage on a slightly deep plate, cover with plastic wrap and then microwave for 1 minutes. (I like wilted cabbage, but you don't have to microwave it.).
- Add the * ingredients and then mix well! (You will add the mayonnaise and sauce later)..
- Tear up your desired amount of ham and cheese and then place it on top. Gently cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3-4 minutes at 700 W. Test if it's ready with a toothpick..
