- In a med skillet brown sausage and when cooked set to the side on a plate with a paper towel on it to soak up grease.
- While sausage in cooking coarsely chop celery, onions, & mushrooms.
- Wipe pan clean and place on med heat and begin melting butter.
- When butter is melted add celery, onion,& mushrooms. saute until onions and celery are translucent.
- In a lg bowl place bread crumbs and cooked sausage.
- Pour butter, celery, &onion mixture over breadcrumbs and sausage and mix throughly.
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- Evenly spread you breadcrumb mixture into a casserole or pie plate.
- In a separate bowl whisk together eggs and milk.
- Then add two cheeses to the egg and milk mixture.
- Pour eggs and cheese slowly over breadcrumbs begin careful to cover evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 min or until top is golden brown.
