- Make ready of crust.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of ice cold water.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.

- mix 1 cup of all purpose flour and the salt. In a separate bowl mix ice cold water with olive oil. Add to the flour and stir with a fork until it forms a soft dough. Hands are the best for this. - In a bowl mix 4 eggs and beat well. Add the crumbled feta cheese, the chedder and the milk. you can use cream but this will make the dish very heavy. Add in the mushrooms and onion. Stir.
- once the mushrooms have become tender and soaked in most of the butter , turn off heat.
- grease your oven dish then press your dough into an oven dish of your choice, making sure the dough reaches 2 cm on the sides of the dish , I used a regular cake tin as I wanted a heart shape..
- Add In the filling and place in oven for 15 mins on 200 c and reduce to 180 c for 45 minutes or until the quiche is cooked through and golden brown in colour.
