- Peel the potatoes,cut them into circular shapes and then boil them for about 5mins..
- As they boil,take a mixing bowl and mix together flour,tumeric,salt,egg, chopped corriander and water..
- Take your boiled potatoes and deep them in the mixture..
- Heat your frying oil on medium heat till hot. Now put the potatoes inside and let them cook until you achieve a goldenish color.
