  1. Make ready 1 lb. of cooked shrimp (cleaned).
  2. It’s 1 TBS. of Creole or Cajun seasoning.
  3. You need 1 of shallot, minced.
  4. It’s 1/2 stick of butter (4 TBS.).
  5. It’s 1/4 cup of bourbon.
  6. It’s 2 TBS. of cooking sherry.
  7. It’s 1/2 cup of beef broth.
  8. It’s 1 cup of heavy cream.
  9. You need 2 tsp. of Tarragon.
  10. Take to taste of Salt and pepper.
  11. Make ready Loaf of crusty bread (warmed, if desired).

  2. In a frying pan over med-hi heat, sautee shallots in butter until softened..
  3. Stir in bourbon, until warmed. Add heavy cream. Stir until thickened..
  4. Add in the tarragon, salt and pepper. Stir until all combined..
  5. Add in the beef broth and sherry and stir until heated through..
  6. Add in shrimp until thoroughly heated, about 3 minutes..
  7. Remove to bowl and serve with warm crusty bread..
