Ingredients of Spiced Ram Meat
- It’s of Clean cut ram meat.
- Take 2 tbsp of paprika.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of all spice.
- Take 1 tbsp of tumeric powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of curry.
- Take 1 tbsp of thyme.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of ground Scotch bonnet.
- You need 2 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste.
- It’s 1 of medium size diced onion.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of vegetable oil.
- It’s to taste of Seasoning.
- You need 1 tbsp of salt.
Spiced Ram Meat instructions
- Clean meat properly with water, drain and keep in bowl.
- Arrange all ingredients.
- Add all the ingredients at a time into the bowl of meat and mix together with clean hands to marinate.
- Cover with foil paper, and put in fridge for few hours (but mine was overnight).
- Remove from fridge, turn into pot cover and set on medium flame to cook soft.
- Note: I did not add water.
- Remove from put if already cooked(soft). Enjoy cooked or Fry as desired.
