  1. Make ready of Boiled turkey (tear into small pieces).
  2. It’s of Turkey broth.
  3. You need 1/2 of lemon.
  4. Make ready of Syoyu.
  5. Take of Salt.
  6. Make ready of Roast sesame oil.
  7. You need of Ground roast sesame.
  8. It’s of Basil leaf (coriander).
  9. Prepare of Baby onion.
  10. Make ready of Rice noodle.

Turkey Pho, Vietnamese rice noodles, Gluten Free step by step

  1. Boil turkey meat with onion, garlic, and ginger for 30-60 min (depends on potion).
  2. Take out meat and tear into small pieces.
  3. Strain broth, add syoyu, squeezed lemon juice, salt and sesame oil.
  4. Chop baby onion.
  5. Boil rice noodle.
  6. Add noodle in soup.
  7. Add meat, basil leaf, baby onion and ground sesame.
  8. Black pepper, Sansho pepper, Chili powder, oil etc, optional if you like it more spicy.
