  2. Make ready 2 of red chilies - chopped.
  3. Take 8 of cayenne peppers - chopped.

  5. You need 3 cloves of garlic- chopped.
  6. Prepare 3 inch of ginger - chopped.
  7. You need 1 of tomato cut into 6 or 8 slices.
  8. Take 3 of Table spoons Sweet soy sauce.
  9. Make ready To taste of sugar.
  10. Prepare To taste of chicken powder.
  11. Take To taste of pepper (optional).
  12. You need of Cooking oil.
  13. It’s 100 ml of water.

  1. Cut mackerel into small pieces and wash..
  2. Heat cooking oil and fry mackerel until golden brown or a half cook. Set a side.
  3. Clean up the pan and heat cooking oil in the pan. Add chopped red chili,cayenne,shallot,garlic,ginger,saute until fragrant..
  4. Add water,tomato, sweet soy sauce,sugar and stir well..
  5. When it is boiling and tomato is tender add mackerel, chicken powder and pepper,stir well and simmer for 2 minutes then taste it..
  6. When everything's done transfer to the serving dish and serve it with white rice…
