- What i like to do first is slice the onion and place it on a cup of water with a teaspon of salt, give a mix and let it seat fora few minutes..
- Open your tuna can and dismiss the water. Same goes with chick peas. I recommend to wash the chickpeas to get rid of extra salt..
- Chop tomato and cucumber. Mix tomato, cucumber and parsley with the chick peas and tuna. Add the parsley and mix..
- Drain the onions and add on top of the salad. You can add pepper or chilli for heat..
