  2. You need 3/4 cup of Caribbean Jerk Marinade.
  3. Take 1/2 of small onion, chopped.

  5. Take 1 of garlic clove, minced.
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp of butter.
  7. You need 1 cup of heavy cream.
  8. Take 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.

  1. Place chicken and jerk marinade in a Ziploc bag, for about 2-4 hours in the fridge..
  2. Once chicken has marinated, place a skillet on medium high heat with a dash of olive oil. Add chicken. Cook 5 min per side. Remove and set aside..
