- Mince or grind chicken thigh. I use food processor..
- Sauté chicken with sesame oil..
- Add ginger, miso paste and soya sauce. Add surigoma at last..
- Boil snow pea in salt water for about a minute.
- Slice snow pea very thin.
- Mix eggs very well.
- Heat egg in frying pan with low heat, keep mixing with chopsticks.
- Make it very small till almost dried but not burnt.
- Put on hot rice or serve in separate dishes so you can make as you like!.
