  1. Prepare 1 of Handful of Spinich.
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of Feta Cheese.
  3. Take 5 of Kalamata Olives (sliced).
  4. You need 1 of Chicken Breast.
  5. Take 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice.
  6. Take 1 tbsp of Olive Oil.

Healthy Greek Chicken Salad step by step

  1. Sprinkle some salt and pepper onto the chicken and place in a mini grill.
  2. While cooking toss together spinach leaves and sliced olives.
  3. When chicken is cooked slice up and place on top of salad and season with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Top with some feta cheese (this is a must!).
