Ingredients of Steam Half Chicken

  1. Take Half of chicken.
  2. You need of Salt.
  3. Take of Ginger juice.
  4. Take of Dipping. Grated ginger, sliced or pound spring onion, salt, oil.

Add a little more oil, if necessary, to obtain a mixture that is easy to brush.Place the chicken halves on the baking tray skin-side down.Brush the chicken generously with the spice mixture.When browned, return the half chicken to the sheet pan and brown the other chicken half.
