  1. Chopped Garlic fry low heat with vegetable oil until crispy • pound garlic + pepper corn + coriander root.
  2. Marinate filling with all seasoning below and mix it well.
  3. Place mixture in wonton sheet use water seal and close as shown • cook dumpling in boiling water **cooking trick ** when water boil add room temperature water and bring it to boil again repeat 3 times • remove dumpling and mix with garlic oil.
  4. Boil and reduce Sugar + vinegar + salt + water + black soy sauce • chopped chili and add in sauce • Done..!!😋😋 before serve add crispy garlic on top of dumpling.
