- Prepare of 鸿喜菇,金针菇,钮扣菇 Shimeji, Enokitake, White button mushroom (100g ea).

- Make ready of 鲜虾 Shrimp (50g).
- Prepare of 意大利扁面 Linguine (150g).
- It’s of 蒜头(切片) Garlic (cut into pieces) (4 cloves).

- 快炒三种蘑菇,备用 Stir-fry trio-mushrooms, stand-by.
- 腌三文鱼(胡椒粉,盐) Marinate salmon with pepper powder and salt.
- 煎三文鱼,备用 Pan-fry (or air-fry) salmon, stand-by.
- 滚水煮意大利扁面,加少许油,约7分钟,备用 Cook linguine with boiling water and some oil, for ~7mins, stand-by.
