- You need 100 grams of flax seeds.
- You need 100 grams of sesame seeds.
- Prepare 200 ml of almond flour.
- You need 30 ml of physillium husk.
- Take 250 grams of buttermilk / greek yogurt / sour cream.
- Take 6 of eggs.
- Make ready 10 ml of baking powder.
- Make ready 5 ml of salt.
- It’s 1 pinch of of stevia or 1tsp xylitol (optional).
- Take 1 of for a little something extra u can add almonds cranberries pumpkin seeds etc.

- Place seeds in a coffee grinder and grind till finely ground. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf tin and sprinkle sesame seeds over..
- Bake for 50min in oven at 180°.
