  1. You need 100 grams of flax seeds.
  2. You need 100 grams of sesame seeds.
  3. Prepare 200 ml of almond flour.
  4. You need 30 ml of physillium husk.
  5. Take 250 grams of buttermilk / greek yogurt / sour cream.
  6. Take 6 of eggs.
  7. Make ready 10 ml of baking powder.
  8. Make ready 5 ml of salt.
  9. It’s 1 pinch of of stevia or 1tsp xylitol (optional).
  10. Take 1 of for a little something extra u can add almonds cranberries pumpkin seeds etc.

  1. Place seeds in a coffee grinder and grind till finely ground. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf tin and sprinkle sesame seeds over..
  2. Bake for 50min in oven at 180°.
