  12. Prepare 6-8 of dried lasagne sheets.

Lasagne step by step

  1. Heat oven to 180°C and Cut all veg same size.
  2. Fry onion, garlic and mince until browned.
  3. Add chopped veg and stir in tin of tomatoes and jar of dolmio sauce cover and cook through for 30 mins on low heat stir regularly (to prevent sticking or burning).
  4. Once cooked through and veg has a slight bite to it transfer half of it to an oven proof dish and layer lasagne sheets, cheese sauce, mince, lasagne sheets, cheese sauce and top with grated parmesan. Cook for 30-45 mins until bubbly serve with garlic bread..
