Ingredients of Cheese steak egg roll

  1. It’s 1 small of onion cut into slivers.
  2. Make ready 2 lb of beef steak of choice..sliced thin.
  3. It’s 2 cup of provolone cheese.
  4. You need 4 of white american cheese slices.
  5. Prepare 1 packages of egg roll wrapper.
  6. Prepare 2 cup of mushroom.
  7. Take 1 1/2 cup of slivered peppers.
  8. Take 1 of salt pepper garlic to taste.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.Add onions and peppers and season with salt and pepper.In a frying pan, cook the steak-umm and onion in two tablesspoons of vegetable oil.Once cooked, chop up the steak and onion.

  1. Heat onions, peppers,mushroom salt, pepper and garlic in a bit of oil over medium/high heat .stir frequently…cook until tender.
  2. Add steak and brown.
  3. Once cooked lower heat and add cheeses cover ..let cheese melt stir occasionally…turn off heat and let stand for a while to cool.
  4. Once cool..follow the directions on package of egg rolls to stuff fold and roll egg rolls..
  5. Fry in oil until desired color of shell is achieved.(3 to 4 minutes).
