  2. Prepare 2 Cups of - Flour.
  3. You need 4 Tbsps of - Sugar.
  4. Prepare 1 Tsp of - Baking Powder.
  5. You need 1/4 Tsp of - Salt.
  6. Prepare 2 Tbsp of - Butter (melted).
  7. You need 8-9 Tbsps of - Luke warm water.
  8. You need 5 of Eggs Boiled.
  9. It’s of Oil for deep frying.

Egg rolls instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar..
  2. Use your fingers to blend the butter into the flour until it is crumbly..
  3. Add the beaten egg and mix together..
  4. The dough should look dry at this point..
  5. Begin to introduce the water a little at a time and work the dough till dough is soft and sticky but still workable..
  6. Work the dough for about a minute then cover it and let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes..
  7. Work the dough again for a couple of seconds to a minute and divide it into 5..
  8. Tightly wrap each of the dough around each Egg..
  9. Fry on a medium heat turning over and over again until it’s golden brown..
  10. Enjoy!.

Place egg rolls into heated oil and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown.Remove from oil and drain on paper towels or rack.Put on serving plate and top with sesame seeds if desired.
