Ingredients of Egg rolls

  1. It’s 3 of Eggs.
  2. It’s of Beaten with salt and pepper.
  3. Take 2-3 cup of Atta.
  4. Prepare of Form a dough as you would for paratha.
  5. It’s 2 of Onions.
  6. It’s of Chopped.
  7. It’s 4-5 of green chillies.
  8. It’s of Chopped.
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp of Green chutney.
  10. You need of Mint+ coriander+ raw mango+ salt +sugar (optional).
  11. Take 3-4 tbsp of Chilli Tomato sauce.
  12. You need 3-4 tbsp of if you don't have it add red chilli flakes to the sauce.
  13. Prepare 3-4 tsp of Oil.
  14. Take 1 tbsp of each roll.
  15. Prepare 1/4 tbsp of Salt.
  16. Take 1/4 tbs of Black Pepper.
  17. Make ready of Water(as per requirement for the dough).

  1. Roll the dough in a circular shape larger and lil thicker than your regular chapati..
  2. Now cook it from one side. And slightly cook the other side.Donot add oil..
  3. 1/2 Add oil to the pan. Add half the egg mixture. Circle it around. Make it big..
  4. And stick the cooked side of the paratha on the raw side of the egg mixture. They'll stick.
  5. Now, flip and add oil as you would do to your pratha.. the amount depends on you..
  6. Make some cheera on the egg portion.Flip it again and then keep it in a plate..
  7. Add green chutney on half and tomato sauce on other half (on the egg side). Add the chopped onions and green chillies.. sprinkle some pepper if you want..
