Hey everyone, welcome to my recipe site. Today I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, Frittata. This is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.
Frittata Recipe. Frittatas have saved me on more hungry weeknights than I care to count. Frittatas are the ultimate clean-out-the-fridge weeknight dinner or weekend brunch recipe.
You can cook Frittata using 10 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Frittata
- Prepare 6 of free range eggs of your choice.
- Take 1/2 of Red onion (finely sliced).
- Take 3 rashers of smoked bacon (diced).
- Prepare 1 clove of garlic (chopped).
- Prepare 40 gm of Kale (chopped).
- Take 6 of cherry tomatoes on the vine (chopped).
- You need 1 tsp of oregano.
- Make ready 40 gm of good quality cheddar (grated).
- It’s 6 of Basil leaves (finely chopped).
- You need Handful of chopped Parsle.
Italian-style omelets for stove top or oven.Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.Make this frittata even easier by using cooked bacon from the freezer.It's a wonderful dish to serve.
Frittata step by step
- Fry the bacon in a hot oven proof pan till it starts to crisp..
- Whisk eggs together in a bowl & add grated cheese, Parsley & Basil.
- Add Onion, Kale, Garlic & Oregano to the pan & cook for a few minutes till soft but not brown..
- Add the egg mixture & cook until the egg just starts to come away from the side of the pan. Drop tomatoes onto the mix & Transfer to oven & cook for about 15 mins..
- Remove from oven & allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
