- Take of Cabbage.

- In a large pot cook the beef or Chicken or fish, anyone you are using, mostly i use Chicken or shredded beef, but for this particular recipe i used dried fish..
- Fry the tomato paste, grinded scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger paste and onions..
- Add the meat to the mixture and add the meat stock..
- Allow it to cook till the water is almost dry and the sauce is thick then add in your spices and all the chopped vegetables..
- Cover the pot and allow it to and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Don't let the vegetables cook or be too soft because we want it still fresh with all the nutrients..
