- Take 3 of eggs.
- Make ready 1/2 packet of maggi noodles, cooked & drained.
- Make ready 1 of onion, chopped.
- You need 2 of green chilies, chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp. of fresh grated coconut.
- Make ready 2 tbsp. of sev.
- You need 1 tsp. of ginger-garlic, grated.
- It’s 2 tbsp. of coriander leaves, chopped.
- Prepare 2 tbsp. of tomato, chopped.
- Take 2 tbsp. of coloured bell peppers, chopped.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp. of chilli flakes.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp. of garam masala powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp. of roasted cumin powder.
- You need 1-2 tbsp. of oil to shallow fry.
- You need of grated coconut, sev, coriander leaves & fresh red chilies to garnish.
Pour the mix over the noodles.Divide the noodle mix between the holes of the muffin pan.Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil.In large bowl, combine pasta with remaining ingredients, along with salt and pepper (less salt if you are using meat).

- In a bowl, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except oil and garnishes)..
- Heat oil in a pan and pour the contents. Spread it evenly around the pan. Cover and cook on a low flame till it is done on one side..
- Gently flip it over and cook the other side too till done. Transfer to a serving plate and serve. garnished with coriander leaves, sev chilies and fresh grated coconut..
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and seasoning packets from the noodles.Drain, break up and cut into mangeable lengths.Whisk the eggs, soy sauce, zucchini, corn and ham together in a jug.
Pour into skillet, and turn heat to medium-low.Use a spoon if necessary to even out top of frittata.Cook undisturbed until mixture firms up on bottom, then transfer to oven.Heat the olive oil in a large cast iron skillet (or oven-proof skillet) over medium heat.Coat the pan well with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
