Ingredients of Frittata

  1. It’s 2 of eggs.
  2. Make ready 0.5 of carrots.
  3. Make ready 100 Grams of Cheese curts.
  4. Make ready 1 Bunch of microgreens.
  5. Prepare 1 Sprig of Basil.
  6. Make ready 1 of Carrot.

Frittata step by step

  1. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil.
  2. Whip eggs the same way you would for an omlette.
  3. Pour it into a hot pan and add some shredded carrots.
  4. Once it is set, flip it over and cook for a minute.
  5. Add microgreens and cheese curds to the top and some more shredded carrots.
  6. Put it in a 250 F preheated oven for 2 minutes.
  7. Take it out and add some fresh basil to the top.
  8. Wait for it to cool down.
  9. Eat!.
